Your advance notice is required for canceled private lessons. Lack in notification will result in a regular class charge. 24 hr. advance notice is required. $5.00 per month discount is given to 2nd, 3rd, and 4th siblings. Annual Registration/Insurance Fee is $25.00 per family, per year.
Tuition is due the 3rd of each month and is considered delinquent if received after the 10th of each month. A $10.00 late fee will be applied to all delinquent accounts There will be no refunds unless a class is cancelled by APA
Tuition is not prorated for missed classes. Make-up classes are allowed. Mothly Fees remain the same regardless of number of lessons taught within a month due to holidays or dancers absences. There are NO REFUNDS. All changes in registered class schedule (adds, drops, or transfers) must be submitted in writing. APA must be notified in writing when discontinuing classes. Failure to do so will result in continued billing to the account. Visit our APA website on Discount Dance (discountdance.com) and enter Teacher Code #74291 for a discount on first time purchases. Receive discounts on shoes, tights, leotards, gifts & more. Ballet Students- Ballet shoes, tights, leotard, and hair in a bun or ponytail is required. Shorts or skirts are optional Acro/Tumbling Students- A leotard is required under any clothing due to kids going unpside down |
